Oesia Group is a U.S. company that designs, integrates and supports guidance, navigation and control (GNC) systems for unmanned aircraft and surface vessels. It serves the U.S. Department of War (DoW), federal agencies, prime contractors and allied nations, and brings to the U.S. defense industrial base the autopilot and navigation technology UAV Navigation has developed and fielded for more than two decades.

Oesia Group is a subsidiary of Grupo Oesía, a privately held European engineering and defense technology group with 50 years of experience in critical missions.

Luis Furnells

Chairman
Expert in data technology management. He has extensive experience in the financial sector, where he has accumulated more than 35 years in the senior management of large companies such as Telefónica, La Caixa, Servired, Banco Natwest-March and Caja Postal. Luis Furnells is a computer scientist, PADE by IESE and graduated in the National Defense Course by CESEDEN.

Héctor Roldán

Chief Executive Officer
Chief Executive Officer of the Oesía Group since 2013 and a member of the Strategy Committee. Previously, he had an extensive management career at the national and international levels in the telecommunications sector, with responsibilities in both technology and business. He holds a degree in telecommunications engineering, a graduate degree in telematics engineering, and a diploma in senior business management.

Sergio Chamizo

Corporate Director of Finance and Control and Intangible Capital
Degree in Economics from Universidad Carlos III. MBA from IE and PADE from IESE. Specialization in corporate finance from the London Economic School. He has extensive national and international experience in all areas of finance, administration and control; holding management positions in IBEX35 companies, as well as companies with a high turnover (up to € 350 MIO).

Emilio Varela

Corporate Director of Strategy and Corporate Development
Industrial Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM). Economic Engineer from the École Centrale de Paris; Doctor Cum Laude in Business Organization from the UPM. PADE from IESE. He has been associate professor at the UPM and visiting professor at the École Centrale de Paris and at the Universidad Carlos III. He has published more than thirty academic articles on strategy and business.

Estrella Pardo

Corporate Director General Secretariat
With a degree in Law from CEU San Pablo University, Estrella Pardo has a solid track record in the legal and compliance fields. She practiced as a State Attorney from 2012 to 2023 and, in 2021, she assumed the position of Deputy Legal Director of Canal de Isabel II, until September 2024. She currently brings her extensive experience to the private sector.
